1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item should be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return.

Note on Handmade & Decorative Items

Many of our products are individually finished or handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, layer lines, or finish are natural characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging all fragile decor items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Customers may choose either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a full refund

Subject to product availability.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, MOIRANEST will cover the return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including requests for different colors, styles, or products.

Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
